Dr. Yunus is a triple board certified physician certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Addiction Medicine in Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry and Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison Wisconsin, where he served as Chief Resident. Following his clinical training, Dr. Yunus pursued a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan, further expanding his research expertise. Dr. Yunus was recognized nationally with the Outstanding Psychiatry Resident Award by the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, reflecting his exceptional clinical skill, leadership, and dedication to advancing the field. With comprehensive training and board certifications across multiple psychiatric disciplines, Dr. Yunus brings a deeply informed, evidence based, and compassionate approach to the treatment of mental health across all age groups.

Dr. Waqar Ahsan is a board certified family medicine physician with fellowship training in interventional pain management. Dr. Ahsan grew up in the Chicagoland area. He went to Loyola University Chicago and graduated with a biology degree. He then went to medical school at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at University of Illinois Rockford. Afterwards, he completed an interventional pain management fellowship at Omni Pain and Precision Medicine in Utica New York. Dr. Ahsan is enthusiastic about treating patients with chronic pain and can also manage primary care needs.
